A Few Days Away

We are only a few days away from the big day! The excitement is definitely building. We have received enough donations to support the project, and for that I am truly grateful! I could not have completed this project without the help and support of all of those who believed in me. The compost and cinder blocks are ready, all of the herbs, flowers, and seeds are accounted for, and now, it is a waiting game.

This week has been very busy for me, since I have had 2 exams and a presentation! The skill that I have utilized to its maximum capacity is time management. Every day this week, I have focused on all of the items on my to do list; just a little at a time. I would study for my 2 exams, take a break, write reflection pieces for this internship, take another break, and then work on my script for the presentation. Using this strategy allowed me to stay sane and successfully get my work done.
