Two Weeks to Go

Hello!

There are only two weeks left until the garden installation. I have been constantly staying in touch with my mentor, Shamsa, because I am really nervous! Over the past few months I have been developing my soft skills, but I am still not as confident about the actual installation. Being a leader takes a lot of confidence, and I am looking forward to exhibiting my leadership skills on Saturday April 8th!

My to do list this weekend was to complete the herb palette. My boyfriend and I went to Lowes and bought stain, long wood boards, screws, and paintbrushes. I had found an online herb palette guide and we got to work! It took 2 hours to measure out all of the cuts and screw in all of the troughs. He will be putting it together and staining it by the garden installation date.
